Buttons and Newton are a beautiful bonded pair looking for a forever home together. While they each have their own unique personalities, they're the perfect balance for one another. Newton's confident, affectionate nature helps Buttons feel safe and settled, while Buttons' gentle, loving personality brings out Newton's softer side. They play together, groom each other, nap side by side, and are never far apart.
Buttons is a sweet, gentle girl who may be a little shy when you first meet her, but it doesn't take long for her loving personality to shine. Once she feels comfortable, she's incredibly affectionate and will happily rub against your legs asking for attention before settling nearby to keep you company. She's happy to be picked up for a cuddle, although she'll politely let you know when she's ready to be put back down. While she's not a lap cat, she loves being close to her people. Buttons also has plenty of playful moments, enjoying chasing her favourite toys, scratching away on her scratching post, and finding the highest perch in the house to watch the world go by. She's wonderfully vocal too, with the sweetest bird-like trills, a loud, happy purr, and adorable evening zoomies—especially when dinner is on the way!
Newton is a charming gentleman with a heart as big as his personality. Friendly from the moment you walk through the door, he'll greet you with gentle head boops, leg rubs, and plenty of affection to let you know you've been missed. He loves curling up on your bed making biscuits while his loud purr fills the room, following his people from room to room, and coming running whenever you call his name. He's also quite the clever boy, happily sitting on command when dinner is served and chatting back whenever you speak to him. Give him a cardboard box or shopping bag, and he'll be one happy cat. One of his cutest habits is sitting with his tail neatly curled around his paw like the little gentleman he is.
Together, Buttons and Newton make a wonderful pair. Newton naturally watches over Buttons, regularly checking in on her and helping her feel safe and confident, while Buttons adores having her best friend by her side. Whether they're grooming one another, playing together, or simply relaxing nearby, their bond is truly special, and they're looking for a family who will love them both.
